Lead Software Engineer (C#/Angular)

Location: Noida, India; hybrid work with two office days per week and remote work on other days

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain features across front-end and back-end services for collateral and derivatives products.
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
• Build and maintain E2E, API, and integration test automation, while performing manual exploratory testing for complex scenarios.
• Define feature- and module-level test strategies and improve QA practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Scrum teammates during analysis, refinement, development, and reviews.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, and improve CI/CD pipelines and development tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and Angular.
• Experience developing enterprise applications with .NET/C# and working with Angular.
• Expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD, Microsoft Azure, and pipeline management, including Git, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructures, software architecture, design patterns, Domain-Driven Design, SQL, and QA practices.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong written and spoken communication; ability to mentor and guide developers.

Nice to have

• Readiness to learn APL.
• Familiarity with XP practices, including TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration.
