Principal Software Engineer (C#.NET with Azure)

Location: Noida; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office and remote work on the other days.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support new capabilities for enterprise products in the Collateral Product Area.
• Create and implement comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business experts, Product Owners, Architects, and distributed colleagues to follow technical roadmaps and architecture guidelines.
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements during feature refinement.
• Improve product support, team processes, automation, tools, and frameworks.
• Work across front-end and back-end components as a full-stack developer in a self-organized Scrum team.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, including the ability to develop and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Rich experience with cloud infrastructures.
• 10+ years of experience with C# and Angular.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including the design and implementation of E2E, API, and unit tests.
• Understanding of and adherence to XP practices such as TDD and pair programming.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and relational databases using SQL.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
• Good English skills at upper-intermediate level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Readiness to learn APL and improve in-house tools and frameworks.
• Fluent everyday use of AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated artifacts, guide responsible team usage, and identify suitable prototyping and automation opportunities.

Nice to have

• M.Sc. in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field.
