What you will do

• Manage and optimize meeting rooms and conferencing setups, including Cisco meeting rooms, Webex, and Teams Rooms
• Enforce best practices for meeting room technology management
• Maintain and improve configurations and ensure compliance of meeting room systems
• Plan and execute global upgrades for meeting room technology with minimal disruption
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to meeting room technology and communication platforms
• Act as secondary responsible for Microsoft Intune administration

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing meeting room and conferencing technologies
• Practical experience administering Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoints
• Experience with software packaging, deployment, and Patch My PC
• Knowledge and experience using ITSM tools, Jira and Confluence would be beneficial
• Systems thinking approach and goal-oriented mindset
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
