• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices in software engineering.
• Enhance engineering practices in areas like CI/CD and ATDD.

• Strong foundation in quantitative techniques and methods.
• Expertise in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with AWS cloud development.
• Ability to lead design reviews and code reviews.
• Domain knowledge in equities, fixed income, or alternative asset classes.
