What you will do

• Build and design the integrated search platform, written in Java, focusing on hirify.global Search and Vector Search capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team to prioritize sound technical decision-making and building customer-centric systems.
• Lead projects and take ownership of critical subsystems.
• Contribute to determining the team’s roadmap and the overall architecture of the system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining industrial-strength backend software in complex codebases.
• Proficient in modern programming languages and techniques, specifically Java.
• Experienced in developing distributed systems, cloud services, and SaaS products.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Demonstrated a strong sense of ownership over work, from initial design through production maintenance.
