What you will do
- Work closely with Sales leadership across APJ to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Lead recruitment of quota-carrying sales professionals and go-to-market specialists in multiple APJ countries.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and improve candidate experience.
- Oversee proactive sourcing strategies including market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning talent with business goals.
- Drive consistent recruitment processes and data-driven decision making using ATS/CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore and comply with onsite work policies.
- 15+ years of recruitment experience with at least 4+ years managing teams in APJ.
- Proven experience in senior and quota-carrying sales role recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders across APJ.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, or other APJ languages is a plus.
- Experience with recruitment analytics and ATS/CRM systems.
