What you will do

  • Work closely with Sales leadership across APJ to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Lead recruitment of quota-carrying sales professionals and go-to-market specialists in multiple APJ countries.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and improve candidate experience.
  • Oversee proactive sourcing strategies including market mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning talent with business goals.
  • Drive consistent recruitment processes and data-driven decision making using ATS/CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore and comply with onsite work policies.
  • 15+ years of recruitment experience with at least 4+ years managing teams in APJ.
  • Proven experience in senior and quota-carrying sales role recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders across APJ.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, or other APJ languages is a plus.
  • Experience with recruitment analytics and ATS/CRM systems.
