What you will do

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and draft engaging job advertisements.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens and interviews efficiently.
  • Manage job postings via Workday and facilitate timely feedback from stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening, vetting, and reference checks.
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Support the onboarding process by scheduling new joiner check-ins.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore for in-office presence
  • Availability: 3-day work week for a 6-month internship
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle confidential data.
  • Strong communication skills for professional interaction with regional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday.
