What you will do

• Own full-cycle talent acquisition for technical, operational, and commercial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Manage onboarding, HRIS/ATS optimization, and administrative logistics like scheduling.
• Track HR metrics, ensure compliance, and implement continuous improvements to processes.
• Act as brand ambassador, building positive candidate relationships.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore
• 5-8+ years in talent acquisition and global HR operations, ideally in tech/startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related; HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
• Expert in tech compensation negotiation and full-cycle recruiting.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, HRIS/ATS.
• High accountability, confidentiality, and player-coach mindset.
