Location: Hybrid, based in Admiralty, Hong Kong with office presence required 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Systems Engineers to deliver expert technical guidance on hirify.global solutions.
  • Drive technical enablement and lead complex solution design and proof of concept for strategic accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, advocating for their needs internally.
  • Adapt hirify.global offerings to regional market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive pressures in Greater China.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to drive growth strategies.
  • Manage team performance, pipeline activity, and ensure compliance with local business and brand policies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Hong Kong with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office weekly)
  • Proven technical sales leadership experience in storage, cloud, or enterprise software for Greater China.
  • Ability to coach and build high-performing teams in a multi-country, multilingual environment.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English desirable.
  • Deep understanding of local IT infrastructure, cloud adoption, and storage trends in Greater China.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field.
