What you will do

• Lead backend architecture evolution across services to improve stability, scalability, and observability
• Separate platform-level components from country-specific logic
• Support engineers through code reviews and enforcing technical standards
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to meet business deadlines
• Drive system reliability and code quality ownership

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Experience with production systems and architecture improvements
• Ability to refactor systems without stopping ongoing development
• Pragmatic decision-making under business deadlines
• English level B1 or higher for effective international communication

Nice to have

• Experience scaling products and launching in new markets
• Experience with multi-tenant or platform architectures
