Quantitative Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build complex data pipelines and frameworks for strategy and performance analytics.
• Research, design, code, test, and deploy firmwide platforms and tooling.
• Work closely with technologists and researchers in a business-embedded technology team.
• Apply strong design and implementation principles to quantitative development.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of financial strategy and performance domains.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and mathematics.
• Knowledge of Python and Linux/Unix platforms, plus familiarity with scripting languages.
• Familiarity with data-processing technologies such as NumPy, pandas, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and operate in a thoughtful, team-oriented environment.
