Salary: $126,140–$212,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Take full ownership of complex platform features from concept through launch and support.
• Develop customer-focused, scalable software balancing rapid iteration and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, ML, and Design teams to translate requirements into robust features.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on the team.
• Embed hirify.global’s cultural principles to support global scaling and team success.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States to be eligible for this remote role.
• 5+ years of experience developing and shipping customer-focused software products.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Golang, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex systems and application services.
• Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver project milestones effectively.
