What you will do

• Lead technical development lifecycle from scoping and design to implementation, testing, delivery, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, architects, backend teams, and juniors to build APIs, decompose tasks, and develop shared tooling/SDK.
• Promote best practices, write comprehensive tests, contribute to architecture documentation, and address technical debt.
• Mentor engineers, participate in interviews, conduct peer reviews, monitor app health, and handle on-call rotations.
• Research new tools and techniques while working across multiple projects and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Expertise in mobile development with Kotlin, Java, Android Studio; strong knowledge of Material Design and Android Architecture components.
• Deep experience with mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, MVP), complex UIs, unit/behavioral tests (JUnit, Espresso, Robolectric).
• Experience with package management, deployment pipelines, git, CI practices, Agile/Scrum processes.
• Skill in reviewing feature impacts, recognizing risks, and software development processes.
