Salary: $154,000 - $190,300 per year

What you will do

• Architect, design and develop new features for mobile Android apps.
• Implement end-to-end mobile features from UI to API integration.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews and test coverage improvements.
• Scale Android apps using modern architecture, Jetpack components and MVVM.
• Integrate Bluetooth, MQTT protocols and distributed design systems.
• Lead teams, mentor developers and develop libraries or SDKs for external use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related or foreign equivalent.
• 5 years experience with Android platform, Java, Android SDK for consumer-facing apps.
• 5 years in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Jetpack Components.
• 5 years architecting/scaling Android apps, debugging with Android Studio & Firebase Crashlytics.
• 5 years designing models, SQL/database design, REST API development/consumption.
• 5 years debugging/testing with emulators, ADB, test harnesses.
• 3 years integrating MQTT, Bluetooth for Android, CircleCI, leading/mentoring, developing SDKs.
