What you will do

• Design and engineer large-scale systems to handle high volumes of transactions.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems.
• Lead technical initiatives from architecture design to implementation.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in financial processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation to facilitate domain knowledge sharing and optimize processes.
• Own the code quality and engineering excellence of systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in developing large-scale applications, preferably with Java or PHP, with willingness to work with Java.
• Proven experience in leading architectural decisions and technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, working effectively with various stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a product-first approach.
• Ability to hold yourself accountable and proactively identify improvements.
• Fluency in English required for communication.
