What you will do

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Databricks Free Edition.
• Partner with engineering, design, and education teams to create intuitive, hands-on learning journeys.
• Work with academic and learning program partners to support data and AI education.
• Coordinate with product teams to introduce features with appropriate user experience and guardrails.
• Engage with learners and users to identify goals, friction points, and product improvements.
• Define and track metrics for learning engagement and user outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with data, AI, or developer-focused platforms.
• Customer empathy and a strong interest in learning and onboarding experiences.
• Experience driving collaboration across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and product vision skills.
• Technical proficiency for collaboration on data and platform capabilities.
