Premium Technical Support Engineer (Zero Trust)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers using hirify.global’s Zero Trust products.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues involving OSI layers, protocols like DNS, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
• Resolve technical issues related to identity, device security, and secure application access.
• Diagnose and remediate configuration and integration challenges with authentication protocols such as SSO, SAML, and OIDC.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Product, Escalation, Engineering, and Security teams to resolve advanced customer issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, or Tokyo.
• Minimum 4 years experience as Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer in networking or web security products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Fluent English required; additional languages like Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil, Korean, or Japanese preferred.
• Experience with networking fundamentals, VPNs, identity and access management systems, and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Zero Trust Specialist, CISSP, or CCSP are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta, Ping Identity, Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of secure web gateway technologies.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL databases.
