What you will do

• Participate in the onboarding process to learn about the company and its technology stack.
• Work on building and shipping features to production.
• Collaborate with your squad to bring value and new ideas.
• Take ownership of features or projects within your squad.
• Contribute to scaling the application from 30k+ customers to millions.

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and React (at least 4 years).
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Empathy for users and a desire to solve real issues.
• Ability to tackle complex problems in accounting.
