What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data integration from diverse sources
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
• Develop and optimize data models and storage solutions
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making
• Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to meet export control compliance
• Must be onsite in Seattle or St. Louis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 9+ years related experience
• Minimum 3 years data engineering experience (SQL, Python, JavaScript, Data Modeling)
• Minimum 3 years experience creating data analytics and visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience with data warehouses, governance, and security

Nice to have

• Experience with React, R Studio, Git, APIs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
