What you will do

• Design engaging and innovative user experiences across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
• Apply deep knowledge of user psychology and e-commerce consumer behavior to inform design.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and design assets collaborating with engineers.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and usability studies.
• Align design strategies with business goals, KPIs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic design initiatives and design system development.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain
• 5 to 7 years of professional product design experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Proven experience in data-driven decision-making and usability testing.
• Fluent English with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Portfolio showcasing product design skills, especially in e-commerce.
