What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the software development lifecycle to ensure efficient and high-quality software releases.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in SDLC and propose or implement automation and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to technical teams to maintain delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, balancing delivery speed and quality pressures.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, simplifying and translating technical information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a First or 2:1, preferably in a technical subject
  • Scripting experience in one or more of: Python, Bash, JavaScript, Ansible, or SQL
