What you will do
- Manage the software development lifecycle for packaged software releases distributed to clients.
- Drive efficient, high-quality release processes and support commercial delivery goals.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and weak points across the lifecycle.
- Propose or build human and automation solutions that improve long-term efficiency, reliability, and visibility.
- Provide guidance to technical teams and translate complex information for different stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a First or 2:1, preferably in a technical subject.
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to direct teams toward effective solutions.
- Scripting experience with one or more of Python, Bash, JavaScript, Ansible, or SQL.
- Experience with project management, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder communication.
- Pragmatic approach to balancing delivery speed and quality, with strong ownership and adaptability.
