• Conduct analysis to understand customer behavior and its impact on business performance.
• Improve understanding of customer journeys and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver results.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for various audiences.

Requirements

• 3rd level degree in a business/data analysis/numerical discipline or relevant experience.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python is a must.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
