What you will do

• Act as key stakeholder for technical compliance within the organization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement regulatory product changes.
• Manage market entry requirements including technical certifications and legislative compliance.
• Represent the business in regulatory and compliance discussions to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Ensure products meet compliance standards while focusing on customer experience.
• Oversee product lifecycle management related to legislative requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in international regulated online gambling companies in technical compliance or compliance product roles.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Experience managing regulatory audits and market entry processes.
• Strong knowledge of online gambling industry and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of GDPR, AML, and InfoSec is a plus.
