TL;DR
Legal Advisor (iGaming): Providing practical legal advice and managing commercial agreements, intellectual property administration, corporate governance, and compliance matters in an international iGaming technology environment with an accent on EU contract law, IP rights, and B2B licensing. Focus on drafting and negotiating complex agreements, maintaining legal and IP records, supporting corporate approvals, and coordinating regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Location: Not specified; occasional travel may be required to industry events, legal or regulatory meetings, or offices in Serbia and Malta.

What you will do
- Provide practical legal advice and administrative support to the Legal Department and wider business.
- Draft, review, and negotiate B2B licensing, distribution, content supply, vendor, NDA, partnership, and other commercial agreements.
- Develop contract templates, standard clauses, contractual playbooks, and contracting procedures.
- Oversee contract approvals, execution workflows, legal records, and contract registers using tools such as DocuSign and ApprovalMax.
- Manage intellectual property administration, including filings, registrations, renewals, portfolio records, and support for opposition and infringement matters.
- Support corporate governance, legal reporting, compliance projects, and regulatory matters across the jurisdictions in which the company operates.
Requirements
- Master of Laws degree in Corporate, Commercial, Technology, or Intellectual Property Law.
- At least 3 years of relevant in-house legal experience in gaming, iGaming, entertainment, media, technology, or a similar industry.
- Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing EU commercial and IP-related agreements, including licensing, distribution, content supply, vendor, supplier, NDA, and partnership agreements.
- Practical knowledge of EU contract law, corporate law, intellectual property law, corporate governance, and internal approval processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English at C2 level, with strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, administrative, interpersonal, and deadline-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, DocuSign, ApprovalMax, and AI-powered legal tools.
- Experience managing trademark, copyright, design rights, patent, and other intellectual property portfolios.
- Experience supporting opposition and infringement matters with external advisers.
- Knowledge of employment law and experience advising HR on employment-related matters.
- Fluency in additional languages.
