What you will do

Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, inbox, social media)
Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including testing, setup, execution, and performance tracking
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Ensure compliance with local regulations and legislation
Prepare weekly reports regarding activities performed and challenges encountered

Requirements

Native Romanian speaker with business proficient English
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate across teams
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Understanding of betting products and customer engagement strategies is a plus
