What you will do
- Own one or more brands with clearly defined objectives at site, country, or cluster level.
- Guide brand vision and strategy by developing marketing plans and driving innovation.
- Identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and translate them into marketing tactics.
- Execute strategies and initiatives that grow brands profitably across awareness, purchase, and at-home usage.
- Collaborate across functions and build effective relationships within the team and broader work domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related business field.
- Proven experience in brand operations and marketing strategy, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.
- Ability to identify, define, and analyze alternative courses of action.
- Ability to persevere through challenges and adapt to change.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
