What you will do

• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines and resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across departments.
• Estimate tasks, track milestones, and ensure achievable scope.
• Communicate with publisher production groups and coordinate with Outsource and Marketing teams.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Keep game directors informed and foster team cohesion.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• 4+ years experience as Producer, Project Manager, or Project Owner preferably in gaming or IT.
• BA degree in Organisation, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience with project management methods like Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of 10+ people.
• Proficiency with tools such as Clickup and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AA/AAA games or completing full development cycles as Producer.
• Passionate gamer with curiosity about the video games industry.
