What you will do

• Scale content production for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Develop content strategy, including formats, volume, and publishing frequency.
• Manage production streams involving in-house teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Set up and optimize production processes from scratch to accommodate growing content volumes.
• Integrate AI tools for ideation and post-production.
• Analyze competitor trends and track content performance to form and test hypotheses.

Requirements

• Experience as a Creative Producer in the gaming industry.
• Portfolio of viral social media video content, including trailers and short-form content.
• Proven ability to build and manage production workflows and solve unexpected challenges.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Sora, or Midjourney.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Existing network of freelancers or production partners.

Nice to have

• Video editing skills and understanding of CGI pipelines (2D/3D motion graphics).
• Understanding of rendering workflows in Unreal or Unity.
• Working knowledge of Figma or Photoshop for briefing purposes.
• Background in open world, survival, or multiplayer projects.
