What you will do
- Scale content production for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Develop content strategy, including formats, volume, and publishing frequency.
- Manage production streams involving in-house teams, agencies, and freelancers.
- Set up and optimize production processes from scratch to accommodate growing content volumes.
- Integrate AI tools for ideation and post-production.
- Analyze competitor trends and track content performance to form and test hypotheses.
Requirements
- Experience as a Creative Producer in the gaming industry.
- Portfolio of viral social media video content, including trailers and short-form content.
- Proven ability to build and manage production workflows and solve unexpected challenges.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Sora, or Midjourney.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Existing network of freelancers or production partners.
Nice to have
- Video editing skills and understanding of CGI pipelines (2D/3D motion graphics).
- Understanding of rendering workflows in Unreal or Unity.
- Working knowledge of Figma or Photoshop for briefing purposes.
- Background in open world, survival, or multiplayer projects.
