What you will do

Act as 2nd line support to customers.
Coordinate incoming service tasks and troubleshoot software issues.
Perform software upgrades and maintenance.
Deliver detailed reports of interventions.
Be part of the 24/7 support team.

Requirements

Educated in ICT, Electro-mechanics, Automation, or related disciplines.
Experience in software development using Java, JEE, C#, .Net, and SQL.
Basic IT administration knowledge.
Full working proficiency in Italian and English.
Hold a valid driving license.
