What you will do
- Act as 2nd line support to customers.
- Coordinate incoming service tasks and troubleshoot software issues.
- Perform software upgrades and maintenance.
- Deliver detailed reports of interventions.
- Be part of the 24/7 support team.
Requirements
- Educated in ICT, Electro-mechanics, Automation, or related disciplines.
- Experience in software development using Java, JEE, C#, .Net, and SQL.
- Basic IT administration knowledge.
- Full working proficiency in Italian and English.
- Hold a valid driving license.
