What you will do
- Act as L2 & L3 Support Engineer, assessing issues and providing solutions.
- Manage incidents’ life cycle until resolution.
- Perform log level analysis and support incident management.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular updates.
- Work in the laboratory for effective incident resolution.
- Enrich client knowledge base with relevant technical information.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Customer Support Engineer (L1, L2, or L3).
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, QA, or data analysis.
- Intermediate Strong in English is a must.
- Ability to attend GL office for dedicated project work.
- Strong HW/SW problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
