What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of user technical documentation needs
• Collaborate with product managers and R&D engineers to develop technical information
• Use software simulators, 3D models, and test equipment to gain product knowledge
• Design and publish multimedia, on-product help, and web-based documentation
• Work on multiple scrum teams to deliver learning materials for software releases
• Innovate approaches to help users learn and use software effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or computer science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with technical products (hardware or software)
• Familiarity with structured authoring tools like CMS and DITA
• Exceptional writing skills for technical training
• Experience working within agile development processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience in material handling systems or similar industry
