What you will do

• Consult with Project Management, Mechanical Designers, and Programmers to develop accurate technical documentation.
• Develop system operator manuals by reviewing physical machine operations.
• Create and edit pharmaceutical industry specifications, including FDS, HDS, SDS, DDS, and VDS.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to create and revise machine testing protocols (FAT, SAT, IQOQs).
• Maintain revision control and complete trace matrix documents.
• Review all documents for logic, clarity, grammar, and compliance with customer standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Expert knowledge of English language composition, grammar, and spelling.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions with precision.
• Familiarity with machine construction and industrial applications.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fargo, ND
