What you will do
- Recommend, develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform configuration & customized solutions for KION Group
- Translate business and technical requirements into design elements to achieve business objectives
- Support and drive development in alignment with the ServiceNow architect and roadmap
- Provide training on the ServiceNow platform to various stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with other application developers
Requirements
- 5-8 years of IT/ITSM tool experience with more than 5 years as a ServiceNow developer
- Proven knowledge of ServiceNow integration across different enterprise platforms
- At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications
- Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
