What you will do

• Lead commercial ownership including fiscal performance, pricing strategies, and market success of AMR product lines.
• Develop and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Leverage market data and competitive insights to ensure product viability and long-term success.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and program management to prioritize and support product development and upgrades.
• Maintain product fluency in mechatronic equipment and associated software layers.
• Engage with customers to collect feedback and drive product improvements.
• Partner with marketing and communications for successful product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Robotic Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Engineer in Mobile Automation technology.
• Strong strategic business background to drive commercial performance.
• Solid technical understanding of hardware, controls, and software integration.
• Preferred experience in material handling and supply chain industries.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English required; multilingual skills (Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Mandarin) are desired.
