What you will do

• Collaborate with Software Product Manager, Solution Architect, and cross-functional teams to drive competitive server systems management software and firmware solutions.
• Define and manage Out-of-band (OOB) product requirements and documentation for hirify.global DCBBS products.
• Coordinate OOB feature delivery schedules with stakeholders including customers and internal teams.
• Support engineering teams in resolving technical issues promptly.
• Perform integrated testing and verification of OOB features as required.
• Develop product collateral and training materials for customers and internal use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Power, Thermal, or Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) design.
• Experience managing technical requirements and design specifications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical details.
• Experience providing technical support to customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
