Hardware Engineer

What you will do

• Bring up and maintain functional test stations and fixtures; write/update work instructions; train operators; drive daily issue triage and containment.
• Collaborate with EE/ME and manufacturing to meet ramp schedules and support NPI to MP transfer with clear documentation.
• Write and maintain debug procedures for production screening.
• Plan and execute validation for connectors and cabling.
• Partner with customer and data center operations and internal FAEs to reproduce field issues and drive root cause and containment.
• Convert lessons learned into design guidelines and validation checklists for future platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for on-site support.
• BS in Engineering with 1–2+ years in FAE, validation, NPI, or test/fixture design.
• Hands-on experience with connectors, cabling, and custom mechanical solutions for electrical testing.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• System and component debugging skills.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
