What you will do

• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP FICO solutions ensuring integration with other SAP modules.
• Lead SAP FICO implementation projects including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user training.
• Provide expert functional support and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues.
• Analyze and optimize business processes leveraging SAP best practices.
• Develop functional specifications and maintain system documentation.
• Support hirify.global's S/4HANA transition including system conversion and data migration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California, United States
• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and configuration.
• Expertise in SAP FICO modules and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and SAP best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel when required.

Nice to have

• SAP FICO certification.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA.
