What you will do

• Stay current on sanctions, export control, ABC, and competition regulations.
• Foster a cohesive compliance culture across multiple time zones and mentor colleagues.
• Refine protocols and workflows, driving AI and automation adoption for data-driven improvements.
• Provide expert input on strategic projects and high-risk transactions.
• Advise senior stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Security, Product, Marketing, and HR teams.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in EU and US international trade compliance in a global tech or software environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Understanding of software industry, technology, and AI risks.
• Pragmatic and agile mindset focused on enabling business.
