What you will do

• Perform in-depth evaluation of applications and provide feedback to engineering teams to optimize products
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Coordinate operational activities from product kick-off to launch to meet time-to-market mandates
• Support product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stages
• Resolve technical issues by coordinating resources and collaborating with engineering teams
• Provide third level technical support and pre/post-sales assistance

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California, United States
• High School Diploma with 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Strong initiative, organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Understanding of GPU server technology preferred
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead extended teams to meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architecture
