What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive solution strategies collaborating with marketing, engineering, and business development teams.
• Create solution-oriented product requirements focused on hyperscale datacenters, cloud, HPC, virtualization, and AI infrastructure.
• Engage with customers at all levels to communicate capabilities, gather requirements, and address challenges.
• Consult clients to assess needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Provide technical training and third-level support to internal teams and customers.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and escalate critical issues as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from Taiwan
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in system/server/datacenter architecture.
• Proven leadership in global, cross-functional teams and product management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Experience with Linux, virtualization, containerization, storage technologies, AI, GPU, and CUDA.
