Salary: $180,000–$300,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Own the ML stack end-to-end: Evaluate, fine-tune, and build scalable pipelines for generative models across image, video, and text.
• Develop generation systems aligned with brand tone, color, and style.
• Build internal evaluation frameworks to measure generation quality and diversity.
• Rapidly prototype and ship productized ML APIs.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

• Located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area; occasional in-person collaboration required
• Strong Python and ML engineering experience with PyTorch, diffusers, transformers, or similar.
• Experience fine-tuning or training open-source models and familiarity with modern tooling (LoRA, PEFT, DeepSpeed, Ray, Hugging Face).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative use of generative models (visuals, videos, text).
• Ability to operate across research, engineering, and product to ship real features.
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with TypeScript/Next.js and ML API integration into frontend products.
