What you will do

• Handle regulatory communications and filings with authorities.
• Provide legal and regulatory review to internal departments.
• Conduct customer due diligence and risk assessments.
• Lead remediation projects from audits.
• Plan and deliver compliance training programs.
• Monitor compliance of Financial Instruments Intermediary businesses.

Requirements

• Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
• 3+ years of experience in legal or compliance roles at a securities firm.
• Experience in regulatory communications and transaction monitoring.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passed the Japan Type I Sales Representative Exam or equivalent.
