What you will do
- Lead the BDS Technology Release team within the Anti-Tamper Engineering Capability Center.
- Engage with government authorities to define and obtain approval for technology release requirements.
- Support requirements understanding, implementation, and verification for product security and export compliance.
- Advance design and maintenance of hardware and software security solutions for military systems.
- Collaborate effectively with external customers, subcontractors, and multi-site teams.
- Travel to support customer coordination as required.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person with active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 9+ years of engineering experience in defense industry systems design or integration.
- Experience with government acquisition and military system policies.
- Willingness and eligibility for additional security clearances.
Nice to have
- Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience in anti-tamper or product security domains.
- Demonstrated prior technical leadership.
