What you will do

• Lead the BDS Technology Release team within the Anti-Tamper Engineering Capability Center.
• Engage with government authorities to define and obtain approval for technology release requirements.
• Support requirements understanding, implementation, and verification for product security and export compliance.
• Advance design and maintenance of hardware and software security solutions for military systems.
• Collaborate effectively with external customers, subcontractors, and multi-site teams.
• Travel to support customer coordination as required.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person with active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 9+ years of engineering experience in defense industry systems design or integration.
• Experience with government acquisition and military system policies.
• Willingness and eligibility for additional security clearances.

Nice to have

• Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in anti-tamper or product security domains.
• Demonstrated prior technical leadership.
