What you will do

  • Understand banking software and apps in-depth.
  • Coordinate with software technicians, technical support, and developers.
  • Examine technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Handle technical processes and explain them to less-technical users.
  • Manage and improve the quality of the tech support process.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn technical skills quickly.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with customers.
  • Coordination with developers to diagnose issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in banking live-chat and technical support.
  • Experience with Dialogflow and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working with US-based customers and knowledge of US banking system.
