What you will do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple platforms including Display, Search, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
- Analyze campaign data and funnel metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Set strategy and roadmap for scaling paid acquisition campaigns efficiently.
- Plan and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign budget efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to optimize creatives and landing pages.
- Maintain partnerships with ad vendors and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Spain, Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine.
- 4+ years experience managing Google Ads campaigns including Display and Demand Gen.
- Experience managing budgets of at least five digits per month.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau and Clarisights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta ads, DSPs, paid social, native ads platforms, or Apple Search Ads.
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
