Senior Quantitative Researcher

TL;DR

Senior Quantitative Researcher (Data Analytics): Lead the design and execution of quantitative user research to measure and quantify user perception and experience across products. Focus on building standardized measurement systems, integrating qualitative and quantitative data, and enabling data-driven product decisions.

Location: Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work model requiring minimum 6 days per month onsite

What you will do/Что делать

• Measure and track key product and UX metrics to inform product strategy.
• Design, execute, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end research projects delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Analysts, product managers, designers, and business teams.
• Define and maintain UX and user-related metrics frameworks.
• Mentor peers in quantitative methods and contribute to research operations alignment.

Requirements/Требования

• Must be based in or willing to work in Barcelona, Spain.
• 5–7 years of experience in quantitative user research or similar roles.
• Proficient in R or Python and strong statistical knowledge.
• Experience managing brand trackers, survey design, sampling, and weighting methodologies.
• Comfortable integrating quantitative, qualitative, and behavioral data.

• Experience with Looker and Amplitude for data visualization and analytics.
• Experience conducting research across diverse markets or audiences.
