What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements for CRM and marketing.
- Translate business questions into KPIs, reporting logic, and dashboard specifications.
- Design and enhance BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions in Tableau.
- Work with data engineers to create reporting-ready datasets.
- Define and document metric logic, calculation rules, and data usage guidelines.
- Validate data accuracy across dashboards and source tables.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis roles.
- Strong experience with Tableau for dashboard design and data visualization.
- Ability to gather business requirements and develop effective reporting solutions.
- Understanding of BI concepts, including KPIs and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with CRM and marketing-related data.
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle reporting.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and customer engagement reporting.
- Familiarity with data modeling and governance concepts.
- Experience with A/B testing or product analytics.
