Salary: $101,000–190,000

What you will do

• Architect and develop mixed signal SoCs for communication systems balancing performance, power, and cost.
• Drive block specifications and collaborate with analog and digital design teams.
• Develop and maintain MATLAB and Verilog models for data converter systems.
• Simulate entire signal paths and create chip-level verification simulations.
• Coordinate with international ASIC design teams.
• Occasional travel to European and US locations.

Requirements

• Must be a current US resident with valid work authorization.
• MS degree with 5 years or PhD with 3 years experience in relevant fields.
• Experience modeling data converters or radio systems in MATLAB.
• Strong knowledge of communication systems and high-speed IC design using CMOS and CML.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with mixed signal circuit design across analog and digital domains.
• BiCMOS IC design experience.
• Familiarity with analog design flows and SERDES transmitter/receiver design.
