What you will do
- Lead and provide guidance to a team of technical application engineers and managers supporting OTA test systems.
- Manage customer relationships and support complex test applications involving wireless protocols and antenna measurements.
- Develop and optimize customer support plans and agreements.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and business development teams to improve customer experience and drive growth initiatives.
- Assist in pre-sales support and strategic projects as needed.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-team communication.
Requirements
- Must be a US resident with current work authorization
- Preferred location in Dallas-Fort Worth or San Francisco Bay area
- BSEE or equivalent technical degree with 7+ years experience in OTA test applications.
- Leadership experience with ability to manage without direct authority.
- Extensive knowledge of OTA antenna performance test systems, wireless signaling (LTE, 5G, WLAN), and RF systems.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the US and occasional international travel.
