What you will do

• Develop and maintain oscilloscope test and measurement applications.
• Provide technical support for instruments to customers both online and onsite.
• Partner with sales for pre-sales technical activities including product demonstrations.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, training, and application cases to customers.
• Build long-term, trustworthy relationships with customers as a technical expert.
• Collaborate closely with hirify.global headquarters and subsidiaries in Asia.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to customer sites more than 50% of the time with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and power analyzers.
• Programming skills to bridge product and customer projects.
• Familiarity with instrument control and SCPI commands.
• Presentation experience for technical seminars.
• Customer-centric and curious personality with eagerness to learn new applications.
